We ate a yummy dinner and then spent time around the table catching up. Moments like these are kind of rare now since we are all adults now with busy lives and some of us live out of town, so moments like these are meant to be treasured. No egg hunt this year, but by next year my nephew will be walking around so we decided to wait until then... and I cannot wait to watch and document those moments!

P.S. I have to tell you about these coconut bars I made for my grandma - they were beyond delicious! This recipe is amazing and I am so thankful it ended up in my inbox! My grandma has celiac so I replaced the Nilla's with a gluten-free graham cracker crust and she loved it!
