Happy Thanksgiving and a giveaway!

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! I hope everyone had a safe and happy one :) The picture above is from my Grandma and Grandpa's house. We had an amazing turkey dinner with all the delicious traditional side dishes, she's the best cook!

I thought we should do a little giveaway to show how thankful we are for all of you! Giving back

We are very excited to be able to offer an opportunity to give back to others this year… just in time for the holidays! For a limited time only, we have mixed tag packs for $10. There are 30 tags per pack; that comes out to around 33 cents a tag - an amazing deal! $7 from each set sold will be donated to Samaritans Purse. For $7 you can purchase meals for a malnourished child or a needy adult for one week, so your purchase will be feeding the hungry! It's a great way to give back during the holiday season! Get your set of tags here while they last - limited quantities are on hand!

I love Samaritans Purse because they focus on places to help all over the world, even helping others in our own country – which sometimes we tend to forget that there are people, right in our own neighborhood, that need help! Samaritans Purse has an entire Gift Catalog that you can look through and donate to. Our church is also participating in Samaritan's Purse’s Operation Christmas Child – this is a fun and awesome way to help children, too! And, a great way to teach your younger children how to help others! Lots of things are going on in the studio! We are already working on our Valentines items (I know, it’s crazy huh?!) I am in L O V E with the new stuff and am pushing my printers to print now, instead of in a month! Hopefully, we can get things up for sale by January 1st – that is the goal of our next product launch :) I can’t wait for you all to see; hopefully I will have some sneak peeks up here soon!

We are also in the process of making room for all the new things coming in and because of this we have discontinued over 30 products! We have a few remaining in stock of each discontinued item – so get them while they last! If you don’t see something you’re looking in for our “Limited Quantities Remaining” section at our website (all discontinued items have been pulled from our Etsy site), I encourage you to check our retailers for them!

We have something special planned for Black Friday, but it will be exclusive for our newsletter readers only! If you haven't signed up, do so now at our website :) I'll be spending the next couple of days getting ready for Thanksgiving and finishing up the Christmas decorations, I hope it snows this year *crossing fingers*

November's Guest Designer - Sarah Bowen!

Thanksgiving project + free download!

Thanksgiving is the time to look back and reflect on the year... and most importantly to take time and realize how thankful we are for family, friends, and more. We've made a special tag (pictured above) for you to be able to record your memories this year! It is available here as a free download! You'll need Acrobat Reader (free download available here) to be able to open the .pdf file. You can then print out as many as you need. We printed ours on different fall colors of Bazzill papers. They turned out beautiful!

You can use these as a Thanksgiving centerpiece and invite everyone at your Thanksgiving gathering to take one and write something special on it. Or, use these with your kids encouraging them to write something short and sweet, but meaningful.

Turn them into a mini book by compiling all the tags everyone has wrote on and punch two holes down the left side. Bind them together and add the corresponding persons picture on the left to make a beautiful book of "Thankfulness" that you can keep forever! Next year, when you get together for your Thanksgiving dinner, pull the book out and reflect back on the memories you created. You could also use the mini book as a centerpiece for next year's Thanksgiving dinner!

These would also work great as placecards. Example: If you wrote "Sally" it would read "I am thankful for Sally". And, you could even use them on your scrapbooking pages as journaling tags :)

Fun Inspiration and Retailer Spotlight

She did this fabulous project using one of our 2009 Calendar Mini Albums, turning it into a "Dates to Remember" booklet. This is a fabulous idea! You can keep all your important dates in one place, but have something beautiful to look at and sit on your desk all year long! Our newest items are up online and in our etsy shop! We have been getting a ton of requests lately for note cards for sending sweet notes to people and we were excited to start creating some! One of the designs is called "Daily Note Flats" and these are perfect for scrapbooking as well!
